Soul Tending:
Reclaiming your Medicine
A 10-Week Shamanic Journeying Workshop Series
A small-group intensive for personal empowerment, soul-level reconnection, and the recovery of your unique gifts
You arrived in this world carrying something specific;
a way of seeing, healing, creating, or knowing that is yours alone.
Somewhere along the way, life, conditioning, and the demands of being human can bury that knowing under layers of conditioning and expectations. Slowly we lose connection with ourselves, others, the world around us, and the land itself leaving us feeling empty and alone.
This 10-week series is an invitation to reclaim your sacred self.
Held in an intimate circle of just 6 participants, this series combines shamanic journeying, intuitive exploration, and hands-on creative process to help you reconnect with your soul, your gifts, and your own sense of authority supported by both the spirit realm and the natural world.
Each session blends shamanic journeying, reflection on the messages and imagery received, and a crafting practice designed to help you integrate and hold onto what surfaces. No prior journeying experience is required.
The Structure
Part 1: Basics of Journeying
(3 sessions)
You'll learn the foundations of shamanic journeying and begin to recognize your own intuitive style, or the particular way spirit tends to speak to you, whether through image, sensation, sound, or knowing. As the sessions progress, you'll start to build a more intimate, trusting relationship with the natural world and the spirit realm as living sources of guidance.
Part 2: Reconnect with a Helping Spirit
(3 sessions)
Here, the focus turns to reconnecting with a helping spirit, or a guide who will accompany you in your journeying, offer wisdom from the Otherworld, and support your process of self-empowerment. This part of the series is about relationship: learning to trust, lean on, and be guided by a source of support beyond the everyday.
Part 3: Reconnect with Your True Self
(3 sessions)
Your True Self is the part of you that exists in pure soul or spirit form untouched by the experiences, roles, and conditioning that accumulate through a human life. Reconnecting with this part of yourself is a powerful way to understand your unique gifts and medicine, nourish yourself on a soul level, and move through the world with greater empowerment and sovereignty.
Final Session: Integration Ritual & Ceremony
The series closes with a ritual and ceremony designed to honor and integrate everything that has surfaced across the previous three parts- weaving the healing, insight, and connection of the past nine weeks into something you carry forward.
